CBN Connect is intended to be a wholesale "carrier's carrier," providing open services broadband transport throughout the Clinton, Essex and Franklin Tri-County region of New York State. This will not only enable service providers to provide state of the art broadband services in previously unreachable areas, but also in most cases allow the residents to have a choice of service provider.
