The PAB is comprised of representatives of potential end users of CBN Connect from all three counties, including business, education, health care, libraries, economic development, government, and public agencies. Members provide planning, advocacy, and development assistance and advice in support of CBN Connect. The PAB meets every other month, with meetings held at various locations in each county on a rotating basis. Meetings are open to the public. A public comment opportunity is included at the beginning of each PAB meeting.
